Located in the Domaine de Belcombe, in a unique, quiet, landscaped area. The estate extends over 12 hectares, 7 of which will be preserved as natural areas, with a footpath providing areas for relaxation and leisure.

The La Garance residence features 77 modern, comfortable apartments ranging from studio to T3. Each apartment features a fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom with ultra-flat shower, spacious, bright living room and balcony or terrace.

Residents have access to the residence’s social areas: a dining room, a TV lounge with a nicely furnished and decorated library, and a fitness room.

The residence offers a wide range of services, in package or à la carte form: catering, housekeeping, laundry, appointment scheduling, coordination of medical and paramedical services, 24/7 staff presence, entertainment (sports, cultural and artistic activities, etc.).
