Welcome to our charming residence built in 1924, completely renovated, combining the Spirit of Yesteryear and modern comfort. Located in Bagnères de Luchon, in a quiet neighborhood, close to Lake Badech, near the city center, and Luchon’s shops. Ideal for family or friends vacations, our Luchon Villa can accommodate up to 14 people. We offer a generous space with 7 rooms, all equipped with Queen Size double beds (160 cm). Each room provides optimal comfort, and the flexibility to separate the beds according to your needs. This beautiful villa, tastefully decorated, consists of: On the ground floor: Enjoy a spacious living room with a ceiling height of 3.80m. A large table for convivial meals, a comfortable corner with a sofa and fireplace, and a television (Streaming service). The high-speed WIFI is fiber-optic. A fully equipped independent kitchen (appliances, oven, microwave, dishwasher, combined fridge-freezer, induction hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, 2 raclette machines). Three bedrooms with a 160 cm double bed, new bedding. A bathroom with two sinks, towel warmer. An independent toilet. A washing machine and a dryer. Take advantage of our large wood stove installed in the lovely period fireplace, in addition to the central gas heating, ensuring optimal warmth during winter days. Upper Floors: 1/2 floor with a bathroom (with bathtub), towel warmer, and an independent toilet. The 1st floor serves four bedrooms: An attic room with a 160 cm double bed, wardrobe, skylight. A room with a 160 cm double bed. An attic room with two 90 cm single beds, books, games, dresser. A room with a 160 cm double bed. A bathroom with two sinks, towel warmer, and a toilet. The cottage has been completely renovated and decorated with taste to offer a warm and authentic atmosphere. Outside, the 400m2 fully fenced garden surrounds the villa. Enjoy a large terrace of over 20m2 facing Southeast, directly accessible from the kitchen, with wooden garden furniture and a barbecue for convivial moments. Pets are allowed. A public parking lot in front of the cottage offers many available spaces. Discover walks directly from the house. A bus stop will take you to the thermal baths.
