A bathroom and separate toilet complete this living space, while outside, a garden equipped with furniture, a barbecue and deckchairs invites you to convivial moments of relaxation.Enjoy the calm of a residential area while being close to all amenities. The secure property offers parking space for 2 to 3 cars, and beds are ready for use upon your arrival. A deposit is required upon handing over the keys, and a cleaning package can be offered at your convenience. The weekly rate is based on 4 people, with a supplement of €15 per night per person beyond that. The tourist tax will be paid on site on the day of your arrival. Pets are not allowed.
