Small private family campsite typically mountain welcoming tents, fitted out trucks, autonomous motor homes in electricity at the foot of the cirque of Gavarnie. An exceptional view awaits you!

The natural area of the Bergerie is located at the beginning of the circus path, on the edge of the Gave in a quiet place. The pitches are arranged on terraces or on a beautiful grassy area and will welcome you with their exceptional view of the Gavarnie cirque At the start of many hikes of all levels and close to the center of the village (150 m) with its restaurants but also its horse or donkey rides. Fully equipped sanitary buildings with a mixed shower/sink area but individual cabins with a nursery area dedicated to children from 1 month to 7 years old (baby bath, child shower). The reception of campers is done at certain times (only in the afternoon) from 6 pm (see municipal by-law in force) and for 2 nights minimum. .

Our small family-run establishment welcomes mountain and nature lovers. You will find neither swimming pool nor TV, we come here for the quietness of our establishment, its location… We welcome tents on individual or collective terraces while preserving your space. Our small structure, because of its location, is often used as a base camp for medium and high mountain races and trail training. We can sometimes receive packages for GR or HRP.It is advisable to book in advance especially in July and August. You will find a children’s playground, a petanque field, a laundry area and showers reserved for the clients of the campground at 1€ per token (to activate the hot water).
