In the North of the Gers, squeezed in the heart of the old Gascon village of Barbotan, in wonderful gardens, this 18th century Charterhouse opened its doors after a harmonious renovation.
Like a big “Family House”, living rooms, gardens and terraces welcome you for an afternoon by the fireside or for a dinner under the lime tree.
A creative and refined cooking under the guidance of Michel GUERARD and concocted by the Chef Jérôme ARTIGEBERE will be proposed with a Southwest wines’ card.
21 bedrooms and suites with a rustic, fresh, modern and refined décor offer a great view on the gardens or the church of the village. You can also enjoy a spa bath.
