L’Ou” means “egg” in Catalan: this is the name of the locality where the property is situated, as at the time there was an ovoid-shaped resurgence of water at this spot. In 1998, Séverine and Philippe Bourrier bought the 30-hectare estate, planted with 26 hectares of vines and 4 hectares of olive trees in the commune of Montescot.
