Dal 1827, la nostra tenuta produce vini di carattere nel prestigioso terroir di Tautavel. Vinifichiamo i vini rossi nel rispetto dell’ambiente e del terroir, con la denominazione Côtes du Roussillon Villages Tautavel. The Bonzoms family has farmed 25 hectares of vines and 5 hectares of garrigue (where the beehives and orchard are located) organically since 2009, and has just been awarded the HVE (High Environmental Value) label. The fruit from the orchard is used to make jams, original vinegars, jellies, syrups, fruit jellies, etc. All these products are on sale in the main cellar and in the Les Trésors du Terroir shop. You’ll also find organic nuggets from our farming friends: essential oils, saffron, biscuits, fruit juices, lemonades, beers, olive oils… We’d almost forgotten that Domaine Bonzoms is the story of a family of winegrowers (since 1827!) and a way of working that’s as close to nature as possible. The wines are expressive, with a strong Mediterranean character, aromas of wild berries and hints of the garrigue. Come and meet a couple of passionate winegrowers and their children, who will share with you their attachment to this arid land, so rich in preserved flavours.
