Dal 1827, la nostra tenuta produce vini di carattere nel prestigioso terroir di Tautavel. Vinifichiamo i vini rossi nel rispetto dell’ambiente e del terroir, con la denominazione Côtes du Roussillon Villages Tautavel. Domaine Bonzoms, winegrowers from father to son since 1827, has been cultivating 25 hectares of vines and 5 hectares of garrigue using organic methods since 2009. Recently awarded the High Environmental Value (HVE) label, it produces authentic Mediterranean wines with aromas of wild berries and garrigue. The estate also processes the fruit from the orchard into jams, vinegars, syrups and other homemade treats, available in the cellar and in the Les Trésors du Terroir shop, alongside selected local organic produce.
