Since Roman times, the vineyard has embellished the landscape of Daurion with its changing colors according to the seasons. The Collet family settled there in the 1950s and never left. After introducing Chardonnay, then unknown in this region dominated by reds, they developed a Champagne method that was surprising, to say the least, in a terroir of still wines. With the third generation, a wind of renewal blows. Accompanied by her team, Isabelle cultivates the art of difference and makes Daurion the reference for great wines and fine bubbles of the south.
