Situated on a hill, Domaine de la Prose covers 28 ha, 17 ha of which are classified Saint-Georges AOC. These 17 hectares of vineyards grow on slopes facing the sea. In stunning surrounds, bordered by garrigue scrubland and holm oak forests, where vines take root in particularly stony clay and limestone soil, thus extracting the terroir’s unique aromas and mineral qualities. Vineyard work, the search for balance between land, vines and cosmos, the grapes’ freshness and aromas, natural vinification to capture finesse… These are evidence of the winemaker’s commitment to respecting consumers and wine enthusiasts by offering a genuine product of the land.
