The Mas de Ronnel is a small farm located in Pierrerue. Respecting family and artisanal methods, Philippe Bermond puts the emphasis on the terroir. The work of the vineyard is very careful and the yields are voluntarily limited to give AOC Saint Chinian and Vins de Pays d’Oc wines that are very elegant and easy to drink. The Mas de Ronnel welcomes you by appointment for an introduction to oenology by a nationally qualified oenologist, a tasting, a visit to the cellar or a winemaker’s meal. A small family business of 6 hectares, the Mas de Ronnel was created in 1992 by Philippe BERMOND, oenologist, thanks to the selection of the most qualitative terroirs of the South of the Saint Chinian appellation in its clay-limestone part. The vineyard has been entirely replanted according to the requirements of great wine production and yields and vigor are perfectly controlled.
