Located in Adissan, the domain “Le Temps fait tout” was created in 2003. It extends over 14 hectares of vineyards and 6 hectares of fields that the Poujol family uses to produce hay to feed the horses that plow the farm The domain conducts its production in organic farming thus eliminating all inputs. The natural wines (whites and reds) from the property are produced with traditional Languedoc grape varieties.
