Today, a domain of more than 80 hectares in AOP Duché d’Uzès, IGP Pays d’Oc, and IGP Cévennes is exploited to offer wines of character vinified by the son of Mr. Fabre.
The vineyard extends over four neighboring villages. Whether on the plains or on the hillsides, the vines benefit from an exceptional amount of sunshine: an essential ingredient for naturally fruity wines, produced from healthy grapes with aromas of great finesse.
The geological variety is conducive to the development of several noble grape varieties: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Roussane, Viognier and Muscat à petit grains.
