Mountain guide, ski instructor and yoga teacher, Chrystel will guide you with passion to enjoy a privileged relationship with nature and reconnect with your sensibility, with the joy of simply being present to the experience and listening to what the mountains have to say.

Outings adapted to snow and weather conditions. Take your time, go at your own pace on foot, snowshoes or ski touring. Yoga breaks during the day to fully connect with the environment.
