This non-exhaustive list is aimed at experienced, well-informed paragliders with their own equipment, who are looking for places to glide in the Ariege Pyrenees.

Vicdessos Valley:
– Port de Lers: School site (all levels)
– Col d’esquerus, Risoul (all levels)
– Crête d’Esplas (easy walk and flight)
– Pique d’Endron (walking and technical flight)
– Pic du Garbié (walking and technical flight)

Ariège Valley:
– Col de Larnat: (all levels)
– Verdun (hike-technical flight)
– Beille Sarrat des Auzels (technical flight with maximum finesse)
– Unac, pylone de Cizet (technical, breeze)
– Signal du Chioula (technical, tight landing)

Orlu Valley
– Col de l’Osque (easy hiking and flying)
– Pic de Péréjat (technical)

Massif du St Barthélémy
– Trimouns 1800 (all levels, thermal)
– Etang d’Appy (technical hike-fly)
– Pic de St Barthélémy 2348m (hike-technical flight)

Pailhères and Donezan valley

– Col de Pailhères / Mijanes (all levels)

Pays d’Aillou
– Prades, Col de la Gargante (easy hike/flight)
