At the crossroads of the Parc Naturel Régional and the Dordogne Valley, large house of charm and character . Surrounded by bocage and meadows near the owners’ house and a small gite, totally independent and not overlooked, it is the perfect place for a quiet holiday close to nature. After beautiful strolls to the city of Rocamadour or to the Padirac chasm, you will appreciate to relax in its beautiful family swimming pool covered and discoverable with its water at 28° from the beginning of April to the middle of November, to be shared only with the other small gite. Trampoline, apartment bike with its view on the park, 2 bikes to discover the tourist sites, our friends the donkeys to cuddle and wifi to stay connected with the world.

A l’intérieur de la maison, véranda spacieuse et lumineuse avec magnifique vue sur la piscine et le parc arboré , et le confort présent dans toutes les pièces. A l’extérieur, trampoline et autres jeux feront le bonheur des enfants, et bien sûr on adore les ânes : Titou, Opale la maman avec leur 2 filles Peluche et Franquette !Quelques marches permettent d’accéder à une petite terrasse puis à la grande véranda équipée d’un salon, table et chaises, un salon / salle à manger avec canapé-lit , une cuisine toute équipée, une salle de bains avec baignoire et un wc séparé complètent ce 1er niveau. Garage fermé. A l’étage, 3 belles chambres mansardées , ménage inclus dans nos tarifs( sauf coin cuisine et vaisselle) .Lit bébé et chaise haute. Nos amis les chiens ne sont pas acceptés. Merci de fumer à l’extérieur. Commerces et médecin à 3km, Drive et urgences a 10km.
