Charming accommodation in the village of Malons-et-Elze, offering a peaceful retreat in the heart of nature.

As rural players, we like to meet and exchange ideas, and are consumer members of Nature et Progrès Gard. We know our local producers and farm stores well. We have a vegetable garden and fruit trees, chickens of various breeds and bees. We have restored the ruined building using “noble” materials. We have wood-fired heating and solar hot water.

We welcome you in 2 gites.

One is “La bergerie” for 2 adults. This studio has a kitchenette with 2 gas rings, fridge and mini-oven. The bed is 140*190, and next to it is a small shower room and separate toilet. The windows face south, and the covered terrace faces south-east, with a beautiful view over the Ganière valley and the nearby Ardèche.

The other, “La grange”, sleeps 2 adults + 2 young people. The former “barn” has a beautiful roof structure and an original wood and tiled terrace facing east, with a plunging view over the Ganière river valley and the nearby Ardèche, 1 kitchenette and 2 separate beds in the large room, shower room, WC, mezzanine with 2 twin beds (1.80 at highest). You have access to the plant garden (in pots) where you can eat sheltered from the sun or wind.
