Located in the heart of the historic centre of Uzès, this cosy flat is the ideal base for strolling through the picturesque streets and lively squares of the old town.

The Place aux Herbes and its famous market are just 100m away.
Located on the 1st floor of a beautiful old building, the apartment is accessed via a private entrance and staircase.

The apartment, recently renovated, has retained its authentic Uzétien style: Uzès stone, exposed beams, French-style ceiling. With a surface area of 50 m2, it offers a beautiful living room with open kitchen, a comfortable bedroom separated by a curtain, a large dressing room and a shower room with toilet.

The living room is equipped with a 105cm plasma screen with cable TV, and a reclining bench seat that can be used as an extra bed (1 person).

The kitchen is equipped with hob, combi oven (microwave/grill/steamer), coffee maker, kettle and toaster, plus all the utensils and crockery you need to prepare and enjoy your meals on site.

The bedroom has a 2-seater bed and a 1-seater BZ sofa.
