At the gateway to the Ariège, on the edge of the village of Montaut, the Domaine de Montaut welcomes you “on the farm” on a 15 hectare estate.

The Domaine de Montaut is first and foremost an organic farm well anchored in its territory. The farm, which is home to horses, donkeys, goats, ducks, geese and miniature pigs, as well as rabbits and numerous breeds of chickens, has developed over the last 15 years to become a place where it is good to live, meet and recharge your batteries.
We invite you, alone or with your family, on horseback or on foot, on holiday or for the weekend, to spend a few hours or days with us. Come and discover the Ariege with your feet in the pool or around our table in complete authenticity.

We welcome you on 7 pitches in a Victoria lodge or in a tent, in the heart of our farm for a natural, rejuvenating and authentic stay
We are pleased to present the two 30m² lodges that arrived in 2019 at Domaine de Montaut. Each Victoria Lodge has 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchenette, a living area and a beautiful terrace, all of which add to their charm.

– Bedroom 1: a 140 x190 cm bed, subdued lighting, window with blackout curtain and mosquito net.
– Bedroom 2: a 140 x190 cm bed and a mezzanine bed for one person, lighting and blackout curtain and mosquito net.

In case of bad weather, the living area will allow you to eat inside.

The kitchenette is equipped with a kitchen unit with a 2-burner gas stove, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a coffee maker, dishes and cooking equipment.
A cupboard, a shelf and a bedside table will allow you to store your personal belongings in the tent.
The covered terrace with a table and 5 chairs will be appreciated for meals and relaxation.

The lodges do not have water. A sanitary block with hot and cold water, laundry facilities and disabled facilities is located on the campsite.
An area for motorhomes is open all year round at the Domaine de Montaut.

Toilets for people with reduced mobility. Washbasins. Washing machine. etc.
Our small bar with licence 3 allows all our guests to share convivial moments around wines, beers and syrups of the region or a good coffee!

LEISURE :
– Horse riding, hiking and horse boarding.
– Swimming pool: free access (unsupervised bathing) for campsite users. The pool is biologically treated without chlorine and cleaned every morning! Rediscover the pleasure of an afternoon at the pool without the discomforts (dry skin,…).
– Playground for children
– Football. Petanque. Table tennis.
– Loan of table games (Carcassonne, Time’s up, Wanted,…) and wooden games (Molky / Kubb).
