The spirit of Salettes can also be found in the food. The cuisine on offer showcases traditional, high-quality regional produce, while being resolutely in tune with the times. The presentation is aesthetically pleasing, and the flavors are researched and developed according to the seasons and the inspiration of the moment. Two intimate, Zen-like dining rooms can accommodate 80 diners per service, and up to 100 for banquets.
