Our restaurant offers you a number of gourmet tours through Southern cuisine, which are always surprising and delicious and which focus on regional and seasonal produce. Just 5 minutes from Béziers, open Wednesday to Friday, for business lunches, the Château de Lignan’s restaurant has a € 21 fixed price menu (starter, main course and dessert) excluding drinks. This menu is created and changes every day based on what is available at the market.
