The former Vers train station has been transformed into a vintage-style restaurant of authentic charm. The chef concocts inspired and playful cuisine, that is full of flavour, and respectful of the seasons. The ingredients come from local producers and the chef’s own vegetable garden.
Chef Denis Blin offers an inspired and entertaining cuisine, drawing on both his past experience with great chefs and the know-how of Escoffier’s disciples, of which he is one.
Very sensitive to his environment, he works with ingredients from local producers and his own vegetable garden.
His cooking follows simple rules: strength of flavour, aesthetic appeal and respect for the seasons.
