There’s no fuss, no frills here, and Chef François has only one aim: to delight you with simple, generous dishes.

With his blend of French and Catalan traditions, the chef will help you (re)discover the traditional cuisine of our grandmothers, the kind that has been simmering since dawn and whose scent perfumes the whole house.
