Activities that will be carried out on the massifs of the Montagne Noire, Sidobre, Monts de Lacaune or Caroux-Espinouse. I will tell you, if you like, the history or legend of the place, without forgetting to introduce you to the heritage, geology or essential plants of the region. I organize my hikes over half a day, day, weekend, week, with the possibility of bivouacs and discovering local products.
