La Garance estate is situated in Caux, near Pézenas, 25 Km from the Mediterranean. It is located in the middle of a valley with a specific climate and a disrupted geological context. The vines plunge their roots in a soil of basalt, clay-limestone and bank gravels. Established in 1991 with the only aim of making great wines putting into relief this unique terroir, the domain adopted since its creation the principles of organic farming. Animal traction was introduced in 2011.
