Laurens werd in de jaren tachtig opgericht door Michel Dervin, een man uit de Champagne die het volledige potentieel van de wijngaarden van Limoux zag. Sindsdien is de knowhow doorgegeven door een klein, veeleisend en gepassioneerd team rond Jacques Calvel, de huidige eigenaar. Van de oogst van de druiven tot de rijping op de droesem en de uiteindelijke degorgement wordt elke fase beheerst om subtiliteit in elk van onze wijnen te bereiken

The Domaine J. Laurens was created in the 1980s by a winegrower from the Champagne region who was well aware of the historical and qualitative potential of the vineyard of Limoux.
