Come and discover the Aigoual and its many riches on organized itinerant hikes between Aigoual, Causses and Cévennes.
I offer Nordic walking, night outings, snowshoeing, listening to the roar of the stag and animal life.

Parfum d’Aigoual is an invitation to discovery, an immersion in the natural environment, an awakening of all your senses.

Winter on snowshoes or the magic of an all-white universe, the explosion of springtime life, summer the song of streams and the freshness of the undergrowth, or the mysteries of a nocturnal stroll, the flamboyant autumn and its mycological secrets or a sunset listening to the bellowing of the stag.

Over the course of these four seasons, I’ll tell you all about the Aigoual’s thousand riches, its flora, fauna and history, as well as giving you an introduction to orienteering and a walk in silent relaxation, with only your sense of smell, touch, sight, hearing and sensitivity to help you find the sources of a generously offered and soothing life.

This is my world, and I invite you to come and share it with me on a themed outing or a longer hike.

The Causse Noir and its cornices: Distance: 8 km
Difference in altitude: + and – 267 m
Altitude: 904 m / 721 m
Dates : All year round, registration required, subject to availability;Full day: Wednesdays, Saturdays and school vacations; departure 10 a.m., arrival approx. 5 p.m.Half day: APM Sundays from April 1 to June 30; departure 1:30 p.m., arrival approx. 6:30 p.m.

Mycology outing: 3h discovering mushrooms
This walk is an introduction to mycology, helping you to recognize the different varieties of mushrooms.

Deer bellowing outing: 3h, at dusk, listen to the bellowing of the deer, and perhaps catch a glimpse of it.

Experience the magic of winter with this snowshoe hike on Mont Aigoual:
Let yourself be guided into the unknown through the forest, where you’ll make your way through the virgin snow. Only the tracks of wild animals will cross your path. The silence will let you hear a few birdsongs, the gurgle of a stream or the wind through the branches.
On clear days, you’ll be able to enjoy an exceptional 360° panorama stretching from the Alps to the Pyrenees, including the Pic St Loup and the Mediterranean Sea.
Dates: daily, from December 21, 2024 to March 9, 2025: every day during school vacations, then every Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday;
Two departures: 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m;
Location: l’Espérou;

Nocturne on the Aigoual: Enjoy a magical experience!
Snowshoe up to the snow-covered Aigoual plateau to watch the sun set over the Pyrenees.
Dates: December 21 to March 1, 2025 every school vacation, then every Saturday;
Times: 5 p.m.
Location: from the Prat-Peyrot ski resort
outing guaranteed from 4 adult registrations; children from 15 years;

Climbing Aigoual: the 4000 steps
Come and attempt the ascent of Mont Aigoual via the mythical 4000 steps trail!
Duration: 2 days
