You’ll enjoy a covered terrace and barbecue area in front of the house, as well as a space in the communal enclosed parking lot.
A small, private garden behind the house is ideal for sunbathing on deckchairs or cooling off in the pool (approx. 3.50 m x 1.15 m high).
Ground floor: living room, separate fitted kitchen, bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.
Upstairs: bedroom with 1 double bed, plus a small attic bedroom with 2 single beds.
